• Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay). We do not store full card numbers.

• Communications: messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Why we use it (legal bases)

• To process and deliver your order and provide the WhatsApp Concierge (performance of a contract).
• To send service messages and, with your consent, marketing emails (consent — you can unsubscribe anytime).
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure and meet legal/accounting obligations (legitimate interests / legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers that help us run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, email tools and analytics. These providers act on our instructions. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are used.
